A company have two domains of activity(leasing and assurance) and decided to split in two separate company, one for leasing and one for assurance.

Each new company will have their own ERP instances, database, servers.

Existing ERP manage all processes of initial company, so the database and the ERP processes need to be split.

The processes from the new company will be integrated with web services for real time verifications like leasing contract status, assurance status and so on.
